VERDICT: Wide open start to the first leg of the Pick 6. Mexican Pete has the ability to win a race like this even if his recent form doesn't look good. He has the best of the draws. Trois Trois Quatre could finally get his head in front having dropped in distance. He needed his last start. Kitchakal didn't run badly from a wide draw last time but needs things to go his way. Bristol Hercules caught the eye behind gutsy frontrunner Capsaicin and it could get close this time. Last One Standing must be better than his last race on the poly. Johnny The Thief and Famous Warrior have claims too.
