Despite the eight-year-old being 4lb higher in the ratings now, he makes plenty of appeal reverting to class 3 company and a sixth career victory may be on the horizon. Liari arrives on the back of a weakening third over 2m4f at Musselburgh and Paul Nicholls' gelding is feared most reverting to 2m, ahead of Luttrell Lad.
