VERDICT: Trainer Candice Bass-Robinson holds a strong hand with her duo. Counter Attack was only just ousted over this distance in his penultimate start. He can be expected to much improve on his last run over further and has the inside gate. Empire State has drawn toward the outside but has very decent form. He looks to have a big chance even if lugging 63kg. The Mask is capable of better and from gate No 1 could show up well for a stable in good form. Piroshka finished behind The Mask last time but along with Night Tiger and African Prince has the potential to upset.
