VERDICT: Best Bowl (6) has been in decent shape recently, he has two second-placed efforts on two of his last three runs, both of them at Cagnes -Sur-Mer in December. He is the tentative selection in this large field. Burrows Diane (5) had several placed runs on this track last year and was a pleasing fourth at Pau on her latest start in January. She can be dangerous. Foret Vierge (13) looks like a sensible option each way. Tilin Talan (14) is also worth a mention.
