    James Davies

    Age 6

    28 L
ANALYSIS: In touch on outer, awkward 3rd, lost ground and pushed along 5th, struggling next, tailed off
VERDICT: There was plenty to like about Timmy Tuesday's breakthrough victory on his handicap bow at Ayr 19 days ago and this switch to novice company looks a shrewd move. Gordon Elliott's charge should have more to come and he shades the vote over Sorceleur. The five-year-old lost little in defeat when finding only a progressive rival too strong at Taunton last month and he should not be underestimated. As The Fella Says and Excelero can also make their presence felt.
