VERDICT: Lucky Love (5) likes these short-distance races and seems to set the standard for the race so gets the vote to score. Leader Meslois (7) was an unshod winner over further at this course last month and remains barefoot so he is a lively danger. Linaro (2) did not show his best face last time out but could be a danger over this track and trip. London Jones (3) is in good form and should also be competitive.
