VERDICT: Galunggung hit the woodwork in this grade at Ayr on his most recent start and the handicapper might have been kind to only put him up 2lb. The nine-year-old makes only his fourth chase start and provided that performance can be backed up, he may be the one to beat. Stable companion Barrabooka ran too badly to be true when pulled up at Doncaster in December but is an interesting contender on his handicap/chase debut with Gavin Sheehan booked. Bleu D'enfer is next best.
