VERDICT: A field of this size should contain at least a handful of improvers and support in the betting for the likes of Bells Of Ufford, Skuna Bay and Rules debutant Pragnell would need to be taken seriously. However, the Tom Symonds-trained Lud'or has shown stacks of promise in three starts over hurdles since recruited from France and he can put that experience to good use with the trip and ground not expected to be an issue.
