VERDICT: Tasever has already won twice over C&D in 2025 and a 2lb rise for the latest of those triumphs may not be enough to stop the five-year-old from continuing in his current vein of form. Novak has been running with credit over shorter in recent weeks and is another with valid credentials, while Swiss Ace and Quandary are worth considering too.
