VERDICT: Kara De Mee (8) ran some good races this winter at Cagnes sur Mer and could take home this contest. El Pedro (6) had shown some promise in his early days and must have a chance despite returning from a lengthy break. Joyeuse Allen (1) has to carry a lot of weight but she is a very game mare and is a solid contender on her best form. A couse & distance winner last November, Hourvari Saramour (3) always runs well fresh and is another one who would not be a surprise winner.
