VERDICT: Redpearl (3) did not really turn up at Deauville last time and is better than his placing suggests. He is worth another chance back on the turf and can be slightly preferred to La Quinta (8), who ran some decent races in this division last season. Falcon Spirit (2) was far from disgraced in a claimer at Pornichet last time out and has an each-way chance. Ysoie (7) is possibly more effective on the turf too and can stake a claim.
