VERDICT: Kelp Forest is unbeaten in 2 starts with blinkers fitted and has impressed on both occasions, so a further 5-point penalty for his latest victory over 1200m may not be enough to prevent him from completing the hat-trick. Elusive Winter fits a similar profile and should give another competitive account of himself with the headgear retained. The Abdicator is a useful sprinter and shouldn't be underestimated in his first start for the new stable. Blue Holly and Porque Te Vas are others with genuine Eachway chances.
