VERDICT: Tantomile (6) made a winning start to 2025 and is best judged on that performance than her subsequent failure (15th) in a course-and-distance handicap. She is good value to make amends in the 'Lucky Last' at the primary expense of Familiar foe Scorch (2) whose consistency ought to be rewarded sooner rather than later. Honey Badger (3) and Spinello (1) are inconsistent but undeniably capable of challenging for a spot on the podium.
