VERDICT: Strong Johnson is still a reliable sprinter at the age of nine and is likely to go hard from the stalls again. Our Absent Friends' C&D fourth was a step back in the right direction, but Cast No Shadow also showed more signs of life when third over track and trip and the visor that was fitted there is now replaced by blinkers. If they inspire just a touch more improvement, he can capitalise on a sliding rating. Darlo Pride is noted too.
