VERDICT: Last One Standing didn't give in when only just beaten by strong frontrunner Capsaicin after a slow start. He had Royal Swan Master, Sundance Kid and Officer In Command just behind and he can confirm as that was his first run after a rest. Lindbergh has come in for support but was disappointing after a game second place in a thriller. He has gate No 1 and could get the run of the race. Field Marshal won a nice race on the poly before a rest. He seems capable of further improvement. Rested Zinikele and Winter Games are well weighted and need to be respected.
