VERDICT: More was expected of Ravenglass when only managing fifth over track and trip earlier in the month, but he is 1lb lower now and has Cam Hardie back on board. The six-year-old made the frame in two starts at this venue prior to that most recent effort and a reproduction of either of those displays might be good enough here. Kranjcar wasn't beaten far into sixth over 6f at Newcastle last Tuesday and might appreciate this step back up in trip off an unchanged mark. Big Narstie isn't out of it either.
