VERDICT: Golan Loop was running with credit before being brought down in the latter stages at Ascot 38 days ago and this looks a suitable opportunity for him to open his account under Rules. Warren Greatrex' gelding had previously finished third over this C&D and he rates as the one to beat. The biggest threat may emerge from Serious Challenge, who can build on his fifth-placed hurdles bow at Huntingdon earlier this month, ahead of Big Bert.
