VERDICT: Koniag has been knocking on the door during the winter months and compensation could be on the cards. The four-year-old is only 1lb higher than when finishing second here 38 days ago and Paddy Harnett's 5lb claim could prove decisive. Vivacious Lady has filled the runner-up spot on her last couple of visits here and she may serve the most resistance to the selection, ahead of Darkened, who hasn't been disgraced over timber of late.
