VERDICT: Surrey Belle finished seven lengths clear of the third when hitting the crossbar on her hurdles debut at Catterick last month and she should take a step forward. Adrian Keatley's five-year-old looks to have been found an ideal opportunity to get off the mark. The main threat is Kadjar Des Mottes, who showed a fair amount of ability when third at Bangor two starts ago. Any market confidence behind Gibbs Island would be interesting.
