VERDICT: Not the easiest of races to decipher but the Bazire-trained Le Maestro (9) is hard to ignore after having reassured over the short course earlier in the month. Sporting the same configuration, he takes on French debutant Force Of Nature (10) who will be dangerous if he takes to the new profile, and the progressive Italian Finn Di Girifalco (2) who receives an Alexandre Abrivard drive for the occasion. As competent in one code as the other, Licari (13) races first-time barefoot and must be considered a player.
