VERDICT: Excellent in 3 starts when fitted with pads, Kuzcotopia (5) was surprisingly below-par at Angers last month but has been afforded time to recalibrate, sports shoes again, and from the 5-spot looks a marginally better choice than the returning Karina Josselyn (6) who went close here, when shod, last season. Kaline D'ardennes (4) seldom disappoints when focused and has been handed the plum draw. Kelle Bleue (7) is clearly on the right trajectory and the engagement of Yoann Lebourgeois will only enhance her prospects.
