VERDICT: Disqualified at Vincennes last time, Lauriane Du Ried (2) showed enough after her fault in a better race/field to suggest she's capable of winning a race like this if remaining wise. Looping Griff (4), a stylish winner of his last start racing unshod for the first time, will make life difficult for the selection with further improvement expected. Lexington Du Bourg (7) and Lucide Castelets (6) complete the shortlist.
