VERDICT: A recent winner on this course over 2100m, L'arc (8) is good value to follow up over this extended distance racing barefoot again as he did last time. Lucifermorningstar (16) is still a maiden but has acquitted himself well in stronger races/fields so ought to keep the selection honest. Layla (11) is ideally engaged under these conditions but everything will again be a question of wisdom with her. Lariflette (10) and Leader De Cerisy (6) are competitive at this level and shouldn't be underestimated.
