VERDICT: Distant Rumble was far from disgraced when second over an extended 5f at Bath on his handicap debut in August and he shaped as if he was still in good heart when third off 2lb higher over that same C&D most recently. Tackling 6f for the first time off an unchanged mark, this unexposed sprinter looks the one to be with. Bank On Kent found only a subsequent winner too good over the minimum trip at Chelmsford last month and he must be of interest off the same mark, while Sabrimento also merits a second look for his top trainer/jockey combination.
