Robert Walford's charge is now 5lb higher, but drew 16 lengths clear of the third and compensation may beckon. The lightly-raced Fortunate Man arrives on the back of his first triumph in this discipline at Aintree and, up in distance, he's feared most. Regatta De Blanc is another who might find improvement now faced with a stiffer test and also enters calculations.
