VERDICT: The Echo Boy is inconsistent but likes right-handed tracks and good ground and this intermediate trip will also suit. His last victory came under Michael O'Sullivan at Ballinrobe in May. Stablemate Digby hasn't progressed over fences as connections would have hoped but a reproduction of his third at Sligo in October would see him on the premises and he is also well suited by good ground. Potters Party, who has been running over longer trips, was a good second on a sound surface at Down Royal in November while That's About Right is unexposed over fences and put in a fine effort on handicap debut when second over C&D last month.
