VERDICT: Although a lot needs to be taken on trust, Toralou was a promising second to Great Generation on her solitary previous start and has been found a weak opening on her return from a lengthy absence. Al Waqidi, who was 2-2 for Charlie Appleby, hasn't been seen since he won a novice stakes over 1m2f at Newmarket in April 2021 and carries obvious risk after such a lengthy period on the sidelines.
