VERDICT: Lieutenant Flower (8) faulted on his return to competition but he had run a good race on debut one year ago at this very same track. He can be preferred to Luciano Vredebest (1) whose connections are said to be highly confident. Lucciano D'omaha (10) showed plenty of progress in his first run under harness at Saint-Galmier and oughts to confirm. Lorky Red (6) returns from a lengthy break but he has shown plenty of promise and is worth a look in.
