VERDICT: Beautiful Mess (2) ran a nice race on her only start at Pau in late November when she was fifth in a field of sixteen runners. She will be wiser for that experience and can be expected to get off the mark. Surboum (8) has a nice profile and should know what is required on her first day at school. She could be the main threat. Bella Vita (6) is also making her debut and can be on the premises. Blanche Sacree (3) is also worth considering.
