VERDICT: Storm Star accounted for Apiarist (second), Popmaster (third) and Symbol Of Light (fourth) over track and trip on New Year's Day and that is likely to be the key piece of form to focus on. Andrew Balding's four-year-old competes off only a 4lb higher rating and it would be no surprise to see him complete a double. Apiarist boosted that form when scoring at Chelmsford last week and he looks the main threat again, while Dragon Icon is another to keep an eye on.
