VERDICT: Although still rather spirited, Loustic Du Vivier (8) showed a different side to himself on his maiden start under the saddle and racing barefoot for the first time, with Mathieu Mottier riding, can open his monte account. Lilius De Guez (2) can also prove a handful but his potential is not in question and, reconfigured for the occasion, will be dangerous if Jean-Yann Ricart keeps him trotting. Lityge De Cym (10) has turned a corner since moving disciplines and can go close if he takes to the new conditions. Loupiot De Chenu (6) has something of a similar profile and makes his Vincennes debut with morale intact.
