VERDICT: Rosco Rogers didn't cut much ice in his three qualifying runs, but he lost little in defeat when going down narrowly in second on his handicap debut over an extended 1m1f at Wolverhampton last month. Stepping up in trip off 2lb higher, he gets the vote to atone for that near-miss. This step up in trip coupled with the application of cheekpieces could see No Release go well, and he is respected most out of the remainder, while Abstract Art is another for the shortlist.
