VERDICT: An excellent servant in this branch of the business, Filou D'anjou (6) ran out a brilliant winner under similar conditions a fortnight ago and if still on the boil can make this his own. Fourth to him on that occasion, Impala De Val (2) races barefoot this time, has more to give, and should prove the principal danger. As honest as they come, Good Girl Marceaux (4) is shod as she was when 2nd in the Gr.3 Prix de l'Ile d'Oleron and must be considered a player.
