VERDICT: Sol Cayo, who won a nursery off this mark on his final start as a juvenile in November 2022, was a comfortable winner over C&D last month and can give another bold showing in his attempt to follow up off a 7lb higher mark. Although on paper this is a step up in class, today's opposition doesn't appear to be any deeper and he could be up to giving weight and a beating to these rivals. Lerwick is feared most, with the C&D hat-trick seeking Midnight Lion respected despite stepping up in grade.
