VERDICT: Runner-up on his Rules debut at Bangor-on-Dee in a race that has worked out very well, Douglas Hyde is entitled to improve plenty for that effort. The booking of Harry Cobden catches the eye, and the son of Affinisea can get off the mark. The well-bred newcomer Giantsgrave looks best placed to chase him home for leading connections. The Ben Pauling stable has an excellent record at this track, and Loch Na Keal is another debutant to monitor for market support.
