VERDICT: Lyle The Crocodile showed some promise in three maiden starts over this trip and may have just found the step up to 7f a shade too far when a promising third to Your Call on his first handicap start here last month. Tomarlo had Movin And Groovin about three lengths behind when scoring over C&D in November and was subsequently only caught in the closing stages when stepping up a furlong. Movin And Groovin can't be discounted on these revised terms and had Bansha Belle three lengths behind when again filling the runner-up spot over 6f last time. Hooz In Court kept on well over a mile here last time but may not be suited by this drop back in distance.
