VERDICT: Oriental Charm made a winning reappearance in a course-and-distance Grade 2 and would've come on with that comeback outing under his belt. He remains open to improvement and could be hard to peg back if allowed an uncontested lead. Last year's runner-up See It Again sets a lofty standard and is weighted to play another leading role in his peak outing (3rd run after a rest/gelding).
