VERDICT: Mutley Crew made no mistake on her handicap debut over 2m3f at Fontwell in October, before running with plenty of credit in third off a 6lb higher mark over a furlong further at Plumpton last time out. She was doing her best work in the closing stages on that occasion and, with her stamina drawn out further here, she gets the nod to make light of a 1lb rise. Keable doubtless has the ability to play a hand in a race like this and a 3lb rise for his recent second over an extended 3m at Wincanton doesn't discount a bold bid. Inspector Lynley is also noteworthy.
