    ANALYSIS: NonRunner
VERDICT: Donnacha had flashes of useful form over hurdles last term and he built on a low-key chasing debut to finish an admirable fourth in a deeper race over an extended 2m3f at Chepstow in November. Eased 2lb, the seven-year-old looks well capable of landing the spoils in a race of this nature. Western General plugged on into third after becoming outpaced over 2m at the same venue last time out and, stepping back up in trip off an unchanged mark, he looks the main danger. Royal Jewel completes the shortlist.
