VERDICT: Port Or Starboard hasn't won for the best part of two years, but invariably runs well and made a pleasing enough return from the sidelines when fourth here recently. Granted natural progression, he can take advantage of a sliding handicap mark, although Eaton Anne has undergone wind surgery since flopping at Plumpton and better is anticipated. Dropping back from 2m4f could see Present Fair in a better light, while Dickens has to be considered too.
