VERDICT: Some of these have been struggling to find their form and with that in mind, Royal Observatory may have been found a good opportunity to take another step forward after getting off the mark with a determined effort over 1m2f at Chelmsford 18 days ago. A 3lb rise isn't too restrictive at this level and another bold showing is expected with Jack Mitchell taking over in the saddle. Major Major and Vecchio are others with solid form claims, while Lhebayeb is also feared from a handy mark.
