VERDICT: It could pay to stick with the progressive Skycutter, despite a 5lb rise for his recent success at Warwick. He made every yard to win with plenty left in the tank and there looks more to come on only his fourth start over fences. The Good Doctor never looked like catching the selection when second that day, but it was a respectable effort nonetheless and he can make his presence felt once again. The Famous Five showed promise when third at Windsor on his chasing bow and he is another to consider.
