VERDICT: Frero Banbou stripped fitter for his reappearance sixth in the Grand Sefton at Aintree when running out a ready winner of a hot handicap chase at Newcastle most recently. That form has a strong look to it and the suspicion is that a 7lb rise may not be enough to prevent him from going in again. Dreaming Blue impressed when making all over an extended 3m1f at Ludlow earlier this month and another bold bid off 3lb higher looks assured, while C&D winner Highstakesplayer is also noteworthy.
