VERDICT: Ioupy Collonges is expected to have benefited from a recent outing at Doncaster, with the six-year-old remaining open to significant improvement as a staying chaser. He missed a good deal of last season due to a heart issue when pulled up at Chepstow before capping it off with a victory at Perth. He gets the vote at the expense of the hat-trick seeking Stans The Man, who only went up 3lb for his Doncaster success in November. Vision De Maine may also have more to offer on only his fourth start over fences.
