VERDICT: Port Noir has held her form well since winning brace of races here (one over this trip) in October and, off just 3lb higher than for the most recent of those successes, Robert Stephens' consistent mare has a leading chance of adding to her tally. Balqaa is closely matched with the selection based on their encounter here last month, when finishing a place behind her in fourth, and rates a serious threat with a 1lb pull at the weights. Lhebayeb and Sassy Glory also command respect.
