VERDICT: Kessaar Power won over C&D off 6lb lower in October and, having been placed twice since, should get competitive given he was rated 15lb higher around this time last year. Reel Power also appeals after a solid third-placed finish at Kempton last month. However, in the quest for a bit of value, Edmund Ironside, whose only previous win came on Polytrack from a 7lb higher rating, looks worth chancing with his effectiveness over this track and trip also assured.
