VERDICT: Kally Des Bruyeres sprung a massive shock when leaving his previous form a long way behind to break through at Huntingdon. He has claims if performing to that level again but a safer option is probably Balranald, who failed in the hat-trick bid at Ayr and is perhaps better suited by this shorter trip. Blow A Fortune took a step in the right direction when fourth at Ayr and is worth a look on her handicap debut.
