VERDICT: Nicky Henderson looks to hold a strong hand in this, and his point-to-point winner Bear Market gets the vote. He pulled clear with a useful sort when winning an Aintree bumper earlier this year and, stepping up in trip on his debut over hurdles, he gets the vote to make a winning seasonal reappearance. Doctor Midas was sent off favourite when finishing down the field on his debut at Haydock in May, but better can be expected on his hurdling bow. The combination of wind surgery and the application of a tongue-tie could help Histrionic and he is respected most of the remainder.
