VERDICT: Christian David went up 4lb for his latest success at Goodwood in June and remains open to further improvement on his return to action. Kingdom Come has been given a chance by the handicapper, with the five-year-old only 1lb higher than his last winning mark, but Empirestateofmind might be the answer. A winner at York on his penultimate outing, he wasn't disgraced subsequently at the Curragh and he remains feasibly treated.
