VERDICT: Tribesmans Glory has to be of interest on his return to action having won at Warwick in May, but the 182-day layoff has to be a concern. Preference is for Gerard Mentor, who was only narrowly denied when second over 2m at Ludlow three weeks ago and he races off the same mark here. Ventara also hit the crossbar when last seen and, if he takes to fences, could prove to be the main threat.
